Some sighs of relief are in order.

Gamma's Camp 2011 was a success.  We all survived the 4th of July holiday weekend.  Now we have to concentrate full-speed ahead, on getting ready for the fair.  Not sure how we're getting Katrina there, yet, however.  I may be driving to NW Iowa to pick up a back-of-the-truck livestock rack this weekend.  After work today, we're getting a lesson on clipping a goat and properly trimming their hooves.  :)  I've received an email from a Romeldale CVM breeder who shows her sheep, with tips and advice on prepping Katrina for the show.  The hardest obstacle remaining, is getting Katrina "lead-easy" for Ada, prior to the show.  The weekend plans are thus ... walk Katrina ... walk Katrina some more ... keep walking Katrina ... lead Katrina ... make Katrina stand nice ... lead Katrina some more .... And the last thing, keeping all the show banties alive - a black-tailed white Japanese rooster is missing. Hate tomcats.
