Sunshine

Sunshine does many things. The more hours we have of it, the more inclined the hens are to lay. Its heat rays calm the expectant mothers in the barn, as they patiently wait for birthing days to arrive. It draws the horses outside to bask.  For us humans, the yellow warmth spins magic on the porch - spreading contentment like fairy dust, that lulls us into afternoon sleep. Sunshine - it fills our hearts with warmth and hope - and brings smiles to our day.  May your day, always be full.
